2026 REGISTRATION POLICIES: 

The full convention registration rate includes access to all programming sessions, including the Donn Bailey, Opening Session, and the Opening Reception. Membership Meeting lunch, Awards Gala, and the Student Mentor lunch tickets are optional for an additional fee.

*ONE-DAY PASS POLICY

The one-day pass rate covers your attendance for a single day, which you must select when registering for the convention. One-day registrants may only claim CE credit for sessions scheduled on the selected day. The Opening Reception and Awards Gala are not included in the one-day pass.

PRESENTER REGISTRATION POLICY

All presenters, including co-presenters, must register for the convention, pay the registration fee, and wear a registration badge. There are no presenter registration discounts. NBASLH is unable to pay an honorarium or expenses for presenting breakout sessions at the Annual Convention. We believe that being part of our educational programming will bring many intangible benefits that will make the effort worthwhile for presenters.

**GUEST PASS POLICY

The guest pass includes access to all convention activities, including the Awards Gala; however, you must RSVP for the Awards Gala to receive a ticket at no additional cost. Guests are ineligible to receive continuing education credits or attend the Student Mentor Luncheon. Guests must register with a paid convention attendee. NBASLH members and those eligible for NBASLH membership (SLP, SLPA, AuD, Hearing Scientist, and/or Audiology Assistant) cannot register as guests. A guest is a non-CSD spouse, significant other, or friend.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A refund minus a $25 processing fee will be issued if the NBASLH Office is notified of the cancellation, in writing, no later than March 6, 2026. After March 6, 2026, registration is non-refundable. 

BALANCE DUE and PAY LATER INVOICE POLICY

All convention attendee registrations with a balance due must be paid in full by March 6, 2026, to avoid cancellation. Registrants with a remaining balance for a full, one-day, or guest pass registration fee will be canceled on March 9, 2026. Those interested in re-registering for the convention will register at the current rate. Registrants that have paid their convention registration fee and have a balance due for additional ticketed items (membership meeting lunch, awards gala, student mentor luncheon, and/or convention t-shirts) will only receive a cancellation for the unpaid event or item. Pay later invoicing is not available after March 6, 2026. If paying by purchase order (PO), you may contact the NBASLH Office after March 6, 2026, to request an invoice.

SPECIAL RATES AVAILABLE

The NBASLH discounted hotel rate is $189 per night plus applicable sales and occupancy tax for single or double occupancy. Hotel rooms in the NBASLH room block is available to registered attendees only.

RESERVATION DETAILS:

• Rates are exclusive of taxes and fees.
• A valid conference registration is needed to reserve a room at the attendee rate in the conference block.
• A deposit of one night’s room and tax will be processed at time of reservation.
• Room rate available (3) days prior and post event dates based on hotel availability.
• Rooms may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to check in with no penalty.

Please be vigilant if dealing with any companies or services other than NBASLH, Capitol Hill Management Services or the Hilton Atlanta that imply or claim an affiliation with NBASLH’s 2026 Annual Conference.  There are several scam organizations trying to sell discounted hotel rooms. Hotel reservations made through any other agency or third party will be at your own risk.  If you are contacted by a housing company attempting to sell hotel rooms, please notify the NBASLH Office at [email protected].
